Wonder 4 Marketing Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") operates Wonder8Funnel (the "Platform"), a software-as-a-service application accessible at funnel8.wonder4marketing.com. By using Wonder8Funnel, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and password (stored in encrypted form). If you sign up through Facebook Login, we receive your public profile information and email address as authorized by you.

2.2 Business Information (Intake Form)

When you complete our Intake Form, we collect information about your business including: business name, type of service, location, services offered, pricing, target audience, competitors, digital assets, and advertising preferences. This information is used exclusively to generate personalized advertising campaigns and recommendations for your business.

2.3 Meta (Facebook) Data

When you connect your Meta account through our OAuth flow, we access the following data based on the permissions you grant:

ads_management: We use this permission to create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on your Meta ad accounts on your behalf. We only access ad accounts that you explicitly authorize.

ads_read: We use this permission to read performance metrics and insights from your ad campaigns to generate reports and recommendations.

pages_read_engagement: We use this permission to read your Facebook Page information for use in ad creation and reporting.

pages_show_list: We use this permission to display the list of Facebook Pages you manage so you can select which page to use for your campaigns.

business_management: We use this permission to access your Business Manager assets including ad accounts and pages.

email & public_profile: We use these permissions for authentication and to personalize your experience on the Platform.

2.4 Creative Assets

When you upload images and videos to our Platform for use in advertising campaigns, these files are stored securely in our cloud storage. We do not share your creative assets with any third party except when uploading them to Meta's ad platform on your behalf to create your campaigns.

2.5 Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information when you use the Platform, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used to improve the Platform and ensure security.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

Provide, operate, and maintain the Platform; create and manage advertising campaigns on Meta platforms on your behalf; generate performance reports and AI-powered recommendations; personalize your experience and generate relevant ad copy using AI; communicate with you about your account and campaigns; improve the Platform and develop new features; comply with legal obligations.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

Encrypted storage of passwords and access tokens; Row Level Security (RLS) policies ensuring users can only access their own data; HTTPS encryption for all data in transit; long-lived Meta access tokens stored in encrypted format; regular security audits and updates.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share your data only in the following circumstances:

Meta Platforms: When you create campaigns, we transmit your creative assets, ad copy, targeting parameters, and budget information to Meta's Marketing API to create and manage your advertising campaigns. This is done exclusively on your behalf and with your explicit authorization.

AI Services: We use Anthropic's Claude API to generate personalized ad copy and recommendations. Business information from your Intake Form is sent to this service for processing. No personally identifiable information (PII) is sent — only business characteristics necessary for ad copy generation.

Service Providers: We use Supabase for database hosting and authentication, and DreamHost for server hosting. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental regulation.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your account and associated data; withdraw consent for data processing at any time; export your data in a portable format; disconnect your Meta account from our Platform at any time.

7. Meta Platform Data

Our use of information received from Meta APIs adheres to the Meta Platform Terms and Meta Developer Policies.

Specifically: we only request permissions necessary for the Platform's functionality; we do not use Meta data for purposes other than providing our services to you; we do not transfer Meta data to data brokers or advertising networks; we delete Meta data upon user request or account deletion; we maintain appropriate security measures to protect Meta data.

8. SMS & Communications Data

When you provide your phone number and consent to receive SMS/MMS communications from Wonder8Funnel, we collect and store your phone number and messaging preferences. Messages are delivered through Twilio, our third-party messaging provider.

We use your phone number solely to send you lead notifications, campaign alerts, appointment reminders, performance reports, and billing notifications related to your use of the Platform. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

10. Children's Privacy

Our Platform is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

13. Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@wonder4marketing.com or by deleting your account from the Platform settings. Upon receiving a deletion request, we will remove your personal data, business information, creative assets, and Meta access tokens within 30 days. Certain data may be retained if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention).

You can also revoke Wonder8Funnel's access to your Meta data at any time through your Facebook Settings → Business Integrations.
