Message frequency varies based on your account activity, campaign volume, and notification preferences. Typically, users receive between 1 and 15 messages per month. You may receive more messages during periods of high campaign activity. You can adjust your notification preferences at any time through your account settings.
4. How You Consent
You provide consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from Wonder8Funnel in the following ways:
Account Registration: During the account creation process, when you provide your mobile phone number and agree to our Terms of Service, which include consent to receive transactional and service-related messages.
Intake Forms: When you provide your phone number in our business intake forms and check the consent checkbox explicitly authorizing us to send you SMS communications related to your campaigns and account.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service from Wonder8Funnel. You may use the Platform without opting in to SMS notifications.
5. Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message confirming your unsubscription. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

8. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network carrier and is outside our control. We are not responsible for messages that are not received due to carrier issues, network congestion, device incompatibility, or other factors beyond our control.
9. TCPA Compliance
Wonder 4 Marketing Inc. fully complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable federal and state regulations governing electronic communications. We obtain proper consent before sending any SMS/MMS messages and honor all opt-out requests promptly.

Our messaging campaigns are registered with The Campaign Registry (TCR) to ensure reliable message delivery and compliance with industry standards.

We use Twilio, a leading cloud communications platform, as our third-party messaging service provider to deliver SMS/MMS messages.
